Craig Ward

Co-CEO

Craig shares joint responsibility for overseeing the Independent Practice Association’s (IPA) strategy, finances, and resource allocation, ensuring a responsive approach to the needs of clinic members and clients.

Teri Shelton

Co-CEO

As Co-CEO, Teri is dedicated to directing strategic areas of the IPA encompassing technology integration, operational efficiency, service line optimization and growth, consulting and membership services.

Dr. Christopher Wenner

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Christopher Wenner opened his practice in his hometown of Cold Spring in 2009—literally hanging a shingle, a solo doc shop with no employees. Name recognition and patient-centered care have allowed his practice to thrive and Chris now practices with an exceptional team of a Nurse Practitioner, office administrator, and administrative assistant.

Alea Zemlicka

Credentialing Assistant

Alea is currently a senior at the University of Minnesota Duluth pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management. Her responsibilities include gathering internal provider and clinic data, processing credentialing and recredentialing submissions, verifying statuses, and offering guidance for any inquiries related to credentialing.

Logan Muller

Administrative Coordinator

Logan is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Healthcare Management. He is a liaison for our clinics, experienced in data analysis, and handles the completion and submission of health plan forms at IHN.
