Teri brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, which includes a six-year tenure with Integrity Health Network prior to stepping into her role as Co-CEO. Her healthcare journey began with a focus on learning and development, spanning over a decade. During this time, she played a pivotal role in training initiatives, specializing EMR technology, customer service, HIPAA compliance, quality improvement and population health. Subsequently, Teri transitioned into a role as a clinic administrator where se served for eight years, further enriching her expertise and understanding of operational dynamics within healthcare settings.
As Co-CEO, Teri is dedicated to directing strategic areas of the IPA encompassing technology integration, operational efficiency, service line optimization and growth, consulting and membership services.
Outside of work Teri enjoys hanging out with her family, gardening, and spending as much time at the lake as possible.
