Craig shares joint responsibility for overseeing the Independent Practice Association’s (IPA) strategy, finances, and resource allocation, ensuring a responsive approach to the needs of clinic members and clients.

As Co-CEO, Teri is dedicated to directing strategic areas of the IPA encompassing technology integration, operational efficiency, service line optimization and growth, consulting and membership services. 

Dr. Christopher Wenner opened his practice in his hometown of Cold Spring in 2009—literally hanging a shingle, a solo doc shop with no employees. Name recognition and patient-centered care have allowed his practice to thrive and Chris now practices with an exceptional team of a Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, and Administrator.

Alea graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Healthcare Management. As Credentialing and Marketing Supervisor at Integrity Health Network, Alea leads the credentialing and enrollment department, overseeing all provider and clinic credentialing processes from initial submission through verification and ongoing maintenance. She supervises the credentialing team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all payer relationships and enrollment workflows. On the marketing side, Alea develops and executes IHN’s marketing strategy, manages social media channels, creates digital and print content, and writes blog posts that highlight key issues in independent healthcare. She works to strengthen Integrity Health Network’s online presence, engage the provider community, and ensure all communications reflect the mission and values of the organization.

Logan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Healthcare Management. As IHN’s Administrative and Data Support Coordinator, he provides administrative and data support to member clinics, with a growing focus on quality improvement initiatives. He works closely with clinics and internal teams to ensure accurate data and meaningful insights.

As Credentialing Specialist at Integrity Health Network, Chris brings over 15 years of experience in medical billing and coding, complemented by a strong background in healthcare administration across clinic settings. She joined IHN to focus her expertise in the credentialing space, where she manages initial credentialing and recredentialing submissions, processes provider additions, and maintains accuracy across credentialing portals and payer records. Chris works closely with the credentialing team to ensure providers are enrolled and up to date across all applicable health plans, supporting the smooth operation of IHN’s member clinics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at her cabin in Wisconsin and cheering on her favorite hockey and football teams.
