Being a small clinic with a single provider, small bumps in the road can prove to be catastrophic. After hitting those bumps, it is almost impossible to course-correct without significant help from experts who know the ins and outs of the medical industry and who also have the resources to seize on opportunities once they arise. The team at IHN have played an essential role in our success through credentialling and contract negotiations, strategic planning, group purchasing opportunities, networking, price negotiations, and (most importantly of all), general counseling and advice. I’ve said it multiple times, but I wish I had found IHN before we opened our doors, it would have saved a lot of time, trouble, and serious course-corrections.
