Front Desk Position available at a busy specialty clinic in Duluth, MN

This position is to cover a leave and is expected to be between 4-12 weeks, potentially longer depending on the coverage needed. Responsibilities for a Front Office Assistant include:
-Multi tasking when assisting patients, taking calls, and documenting
-Assist patients of all ages in scheduling appointments, checking in, answering payment questions, and helping them as needed
-Direct incoming calls and assist callers when able
-Assist with basic filing of medical records (electronically and manually)
-Handle information with the upmost care and confidentiality
-Assist as needed
The right person for this role will have great multitasking skills, can work with patients of all ages, and has a passion for working within a medical office.
Compensation: $14-$15 per hour
Hours: *** Current Weekly day include M, TH, F Fill in on other days if requested
Occasional days off when the Doctor is out of the office, typically 1 or 2 days a month. Regular schedule is as follows:
Mondays 8:30 am - 5 pm
Tuesdays 8:30 am - 5 pm
Wednesdays 8 am - 4:30 pm
Thursdays 8:30 am - 5 pm
Fridays 8 am - 4:30 pm
