As IHN's Director of Quality, Bruce provides leadership, direction and management of the quality measurement, reporting, and improvement initiatives of the Integrity Health Network. He provides direction and leadership in creating systems and processes to support network members in their quality improvement activities. A large part of his work involves the collection, reporting and analysis of both internally derived and externally reported quality data that demonstrates the quality of the care IHN members provide.

- Past President, Carlton County EMS Association (2 yrs)
- Past Vice President, Arrowhead EMS Association (11 yrs)
- Past Director, Alcohol/Chemical Dependency Treatment Series, Duluth (7 yrs)
- Additional experience in emergency and critical care nursing, management, risk management, quality improvement, informational systems, medical-legal research, public speaking, vocational rehabilitation, and industrial safety

Human Interest:
Bruce lives in the country with his wife of 36 years and their golden retriever, Bailey. He enjoys his property and the adjoining 2,000+ acres of undeveloped land and forest, gardening and landscaping. He also enjoys a good game of golf and defines "good" as the degree of relaxation achieved and not the score at the end of the round. He and his wife travel often to visit their adult children and grand children in Wisconsin and Ohio.
