IHN Full Physician Member

With full membership, physician/provider:

• Must join Integrity Risk health plan contracts (whether capitated, baskets of care, P4P risk/gain, etc.) and follow guidelines for ensuring the highest quality of care in the most medically appropriate and cost efficient manner

• May join Integrity non-risk health plan contracts

• Is eligible to participate on the board of governors

• Has full participation rights and responsibilities to QI/P4P
     * QI Toolbox with upates
     * onsite training and facilitation
     * assistance in required, contract-related data collection and reporting

• Will receive Integrity/Amerinet group purchasing discounts

• Is kept abreast of legislative changes, both federal and state

• Gains collegiality of other independent physicians, administrators, lab managers, EHR users, QI coordinators, referral coordinators, etc.

• May purchase business management services
     * administrative consulting services
     * human resource consulting services
     * contract analysis (for non-IHN contracts)
     * financial reviews
     * billing services
     * EHR collaboration and expertise

Who is eligible:  MD/DO/DP/PA/other mid-level in an independent practice in the IHN service area. IHN's service area is northern and central Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.
